Booking and Policy details
- Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, so if you want to cancel your booking, please inform us in advance. Cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled time is free. However, cancellations made after this period may incur a fee. We strive to be fair and accommodating and will work with you to find a solution that meets everyone’s needs. - Children’s Policy
Children are welcome on board, but their safety is our first priority. All children up to the age of 10 must wear life jackets at all times while being on the deck or in the water, regardless of their ability. Please note that we will not be able to provide supervision for children as we must be busy making your visit memorable. Accompanied adult must closely monitor them at all times. - Refund Policy
All other refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment and may take up to 40-45 days to complete. Depending on the circumstances, we may also offer the option to reschedule your trip or provide a voucher for future use. Feel free to approach us so we can discuss and find the best solution for you. - Notes – Important
• Our First Priority is the Safety of everyone aboard, especially during adverse weather. If weather or other uncontrollable conditions pose any risk, the journey may be delayed, cancelled or rescheduled. We may also compensate it by arranging an alternative tour. If all above is not possible, we may find the best solution for you, through discussions.
• In case of damage caused by the customer to the property or relevant, he may need to pay for repair from the approved contract or arrange to repair from an approved contractor
• We do not accept any liability for losses resulting from sickness, death, injury, or any other similar incidents.
• All individuals under 20 years of age must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times.
• Any food brought onboard must comply with UAE health and safety regulations.
• Due to legal restrictions, pets are not allowed onboard.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the yacht. If designated smoking area is provided, must use. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate termination of the charter.
• Open flames are not allowed onboard, except for special occasions such as candles on a cake. This is for the safety and well-being of all guests.
• Age Restrictions for Smaller Boats: Children under the age of one year are not permitted on boats smaller than 40 feet for safety reasons.
